1. Return Eligibility
- You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Product must be in unused, original condition, with original packaging.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Damaged or used products by the customer.
- Customized products or special orders.
- Products marked as non-returnable.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, kindly inform us within 24-48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
- After verification, we will either replace the product or provide a 100% refund.
3. Refund Process
- After your return is approved and the product is received back, your refund will be processed within 3-7 working days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong product delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us directly.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

- All return/refund approvals are subject to inspection of the returned product.
